  • Cooking oil: 2 cups
  • Onions, finely chopped: 2 small
  • Mutton or beef meat: 1 kg
  • Nihari Commercial Spices Mix: for 1 kg of meat

Method

  • Fry Onion:
    • Heat ½ cup of oil in a pan and fry the onions until brown. Remove the onions from the oil and set aside.

    • In the same oil, add the meat and fry until its color changes.
    • Add a packet of any brand of Nihari spice mix.
    • Add 2 glasses of water and the browned onions, cover, and cook until the meat is soft.
