Ingredients For Aloo Paratha Recipe

  • Wheat flour= 2 cup
  • Boiled potatoes= 4
  • Onion chopped= 2
  • Coriander= ¼ cup
  • Ginger paste= 1 tbsp
  • Green chilli paste= 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder= 1 tbsp
  • Dhania jeera powder= 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder= ¼
  • Magi masala packet= 2
  • Salt= as per taste


  • Take a cup, add flour, salt, and water, and mix well. Add water in batches and make dough properly.

  • Spread oil on the dough and keep it aside for 15 minutes.

  • For stuffing and mashed potatoes, add chopped onion, ginger, green chili, coriander, red chili powder, turmeric powder, dhania jeera powder, magi masala, and salt, and mix well.

  • After letting the dough rest for 10 minutes. Knead it once.


  • Form balls out from the dough.

  • Sprinkle some flour, and cover the dough with flour. Then roll it.

  • Then put the stuffing on it and seal it well. Again, make a ball and roll it out.

  • Add some ghee or oil to a hot tawa.

  • Roast the paratha on both sides, until both sides cook properly. Flip it properly.

  • Serve it with yogurt, green chutney (yogurt dip made of coriander and spices), or pickle.

گندم کا آٹا = 2 کپ

ابلے ہوئے آلو = 4

پیاز کٹی ہوئی = 2

دھنیا = ¼ کپ

ادرک کا پیسٹ = 1 چمچ

ہری مرچ کا پیسٹ = 1 چمچ

لال مرچ پاؤڈر = 1 چمچ

دھنیا جیرا پاؤڈر = 1 چمچ

ہلدی پاؤڈر = ¼  

میگی مسالہ پیکٹ = 2

نمک = حسب ذائقہ



ایک کپ لیں، اس میں اٹا نمک، پانی ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔ پانی ڈال کر اچھی طرح آٹا بنا لیں۔

آٹے پر تیل پھیلائیں اور 15 منٹ کے لیے ایک طرف رکھ دیں۔

مکسچر کے لیے آلو، کٹی پیاز، ادرک، ہری مرچ، دھنیا، لال مرچ پاؤڈر، ہلدی پاؤڈر، دھنیا جیرا پاؤڈر، میگی مسالہ، نمک ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔

آٹے کو 10 منٹ تک رکھ دیں۔ ایک بار پھر گوندھ لیں۔

آٹے سے پیڑا بنائیں۔

تھوڑا سا آٹا چھڑکیں ۔ پھر اسے رول کریں۔

پھر اس پر سٹفنگ ڈال کر اچھی طرح سیل کر دیں۔ دوبارہ، ایک پیڑا بنائیں اور رول آؤٹ کریں۔

گرم توے پر تھوڑا سا گھی یا تیل ڈالیں،

پراٹھے کو دونوں طرف سے بھونیں، یہاں تک کہ دونوں طرف ٹھیک پک جائیں۔ اسے ٹھیک سے پلٹائیں۔
