  • Milk: 1 glass
  • Ghee: ¼ cup
  • Green Cardamom: 3-4
  • Fennel Seeds: 3 tablespoons
  • Mixed Nuts (cashews, almonds, raisins): ¼ cup, chopped

Method:

  • Boil Eggs:
    • In a skillet, boil the eggs until hard-boiled. Set aside to cool, then chop finely.
  • Cook Rice:
    • In a separate pan, boil the rice until tender. Rinse and drain the rice, then set aside.
  • Prepare Jaggery Syrup:
    • In another pan, add gur (jaggery) and milk. Stir continuously over medium heat until the jaggery melts and forms a syrup-like consistency.
  • Infuse Spices:

    • Stir in the chopped nuts and chopped boiled eggs, mixing gently to distribute evenly.
    • Put the pan on low heat (dum) for 8 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
