Method:

  3. Add the meat to the onions, followed by garlic, ginger, and green chili paste. Fry until the meat becomes fragrant and its own water dries up.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes, cover, and cook for 15 minutes until the tomatoes are melted and well combined with the meat.
  5. Add red chili powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Beat the yogurt well and add it to the mixture.
  7. Add 1½ cups of water and cook for 30 minutes until the meat is tender and the water is dry.
  8. Finely grind the roasted coriander and cumin seeds. Cut the large green chilies in half lengthwise.
  9. Add a tablespoon of the roasted spice mix, green chilies, and chopped green coriander to the dish. Garnish on top.
