  • Pappeta juice:2 tablespoons
  • Pasendey:1 kg
  • Yogurt:2 cups
  • Ginger, garlic paste:¼ cup
  • Crushed coriander:2 tablespoons
  • Red chili powder:½ tablespoon
  • Cumin powder:2 teaspoons
  • Kashkhas:2 tablespoons
  • Jawetri:1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon:1 piece
  • Onion:4 chopped
  • Salt:to taste
  • Ghee:1 cup
  • Coal:1 piece

 

Cooking Method

  • Marination:
    • First, marinate the pasendey with papetta juice and keep it for two hours.
  • Spice Mix:
    • Take yogurt and add all spices including ginger garlic paste, crushed coriander, red chili powder, cumin powder, kashkhas, jawetri, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  • Cooking:
    • Heat ghee in a skillet. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
    • Add marinated pasendey and cook for 45 minutes on low heat. During this process, place a piece of coal in the skillet and cover with a lid for a smoky flavor.
