  • Green Chilies: 10-12
  • Green Coriander: ½ pack
  • Yogurt: 250 grams
  • Water: as required
  • Oil: 2-3 tablespoons
  • Pasanday (beef slices): ½ kg
  • Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp
  • Crushed Cumin: 1 tsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Garam Masala: 1 tsp

 

Method

  • Prepare the Green Paste:
    • In a blender, combine garlic, ginger, onion, green chilies, green coriander, yogurt, and a little water. Blend well to form a smooth green paste.
  • Cook the Pasanday:
    • In a skillet, heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil.
    • Add the pasanday (beef slices) and cook for a minute until the water from the meat evaporates.
  • Add the Green Paste:
    • Once the water from the meat has evaporated, add the prepared green paste to the skillet.
    • Add 1 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of crushed cumin, and salt to taste. Mix well.
  • Simmer:
    • Cook the mixture on low flame for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

    • After 45 minutes, add 1 tsp of garam masala and fry well for a few more minutes.
